Services
Meridian Luxe Travel Group designs, plans, and manages corporate incentive travel programs, President’s Club experiences, group events, and retreats. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing for any program are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between you and Meridian Luxe.
Requests & Proposals
Submitting a proposal request or inquiry does not create a binding booking or contract. Quotes and proposals are provided for review and become effective only when accepted in writing and any required deposits are paid.
Bookings & Payments
Travel arrangements are subject to availability and the terms of the resorts, venues, airlines, and vendors involved. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and change fees are outlined in your proposal and in the terms of the relevant suppliers.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep all destination, resort, and experience descriptions accurate and current. However, details may change without notice. We are not liable for errors or omissions, or for changes made by third-party suppliers after a proposal is issued.
Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including weather disruptions, health considerations, and changes in local conditions. You are responsible for travel insurance, valid identification, and any required visas or health documentation. We recommend comprehensive travel protection for all participants.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Meridian Luxe Travel Group or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Luxe Travel Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our liability for any program is limited to the fees paid to us for that program, as defined in your agreement.
